Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Family Plan account and associated data
This action is permanent
After deletion, you will lose access to this Family Plan account and cannot restore its personal data, membership state, goals, rewards, or activity history.
What will be deleted
- Your Family Plan account and Google account connection.
- Your profile details and personal content associated with the account.
- Your login, activity, goal, reward, and related records.
Content belonging to other members of a shared family may remain available to them. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only when required, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Before you continue
- Cancel any active Google Play subscription separately. Deleting Family Plan does not cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play.
- If you dissolve a family in the app, Family Plan will stop renewal of the Google Play subscription associated with that family. Dissolving a family does not automatically issue a refund, and membership access ends immediately.
- If another account holder remains in a family you own, transfer ownership in the app before submitting this request. If no other account holder remains, deleting your account will also delete that family workspace and its profiles and content.
- Export or copy anything you want to keep.
- Sign in below with the Google account connected to Family Plan so we can verify ownership.

You are the owner of , which has another account holder. Transfer ownership or dissolve the family in the app before deleting your account. Dissolving it stops Google Play renewal without automatically issuing a refund.

If you cannot sign in, email service@sinea.cn to request account deletion. Include enough information for us to verify account ownership, but never send your Google password or token.
